12 Easy Rules To Be Healthy
How to be healthy with the help of good nutrition

1. Do the exercises

You must burn calories. Do the exercises, run or just walk. 30 minutes a day help you be in good shape.

2. Sleep at the night

Your body needs the rest. Our mind is programmed that when is dark you should sleep. Don’t break this rule of your mind. Go to sleep earlier. Sleep 8 hours at least. When you are asleep your body and mind heal themselves. The next day you are full of energy.

3. Consume vitamins and minerals

It’s hard to eat right always, to buy and cook good meals. So you need vitamins and minerals. Talk to your doctor. He chooses for you vitamins and minerals. It helps you to prevent a lot of diseases.

4. Give up on weight loss programs

It is waste of time, money and your health. Weight loss program is a stress for your body. All you need is well-balanced nutrition.

5. Eat more vegetables / reduce caffeine, sugar, salt and red meat

You don’t have to refuse from these products. Just reduce eating it. And eat more vegetables. It’s really helpful.

6. Breakfast everyday

Don’t skip breakfast. The morning body needs energy. If you don’t want to eat, it means you use to don’t eat, but your body need eating anyway. Your nutrition must be regular. And the breakfast is the first step in the new day.

7. Eat slowly

Don’t hurry, chew your food well. It make easy to digest the food and helps you to control your food consumption better.

8. Eat before you become hungry

When you are hungry you will eat more than you need. So eat regularly, don’t let your stomach send you signals of hungry.

9. Be in good mood

Be happy, fight the stress, enjoy the life. When you are in good mood your body fights with all negative factors of our life (polluted air, chemical agents, toxins, etc).

11. Control your bad habits

Refusing from all our bad habits is foolish. We live to enjoy the life. The alcohol, cigarettes, sweets and so on make us happier. We all know about bad impacts of it. So we must find the balance. Control our bad habits.

12. Visit your doctor

Don’t put off going to the doctor when something pains. You must cure the disease as soon as possible or you’ll have a lot of problem with your health.

Remember: preventing disease is cheaper than cure it. Be healthy!
