The first thing that every job seeker has to do is write effective CV.

CV is a first step to the new career. It must interest the potential job offer. CV includes brief information about  your abilities, education, experience and skills.

The aim of CV is to get you a job interview.


1. Use typical examples of CV from the Internet

Just google “CV example”. Do not invent your own style or form of CV. It must be typical for simplifying work of job offer. He will read hundred CVs, he knows where is situated the information he searches. Don’t make a problem for him.

2. Begin with the Professional summary

Write at the very beginning Professional summary, present yourself like a professional. All other information like knowledge of languages, driver license etc you can write in the other fields of CV.

3. Think about CV presentation

Most of all job seeker will print your CV to read it on paper. So think about the looking of your resume. Check its appearance. Print it before sending and look at it one more time. It must be good readable.

4. Reread your resume before sending

Think if it reflect your best professional skills and characteristics. If you consider that you can add something essential about yourself, do it.
