How to Become an Early Riser
Sometimes get up in the morning is very difficult. Eyes don’t want to open, brain refuse to start up, and dreams lure us come back. Where find the force to get up?
1. Get up slowly
Don’t be brusque. Don’t force your body. Get up slowly. Wake up 15-30 minutes before rising.
2. Go to sleep earlier
This is the easiest way. When you sleep 8-10 hours your brain and body are ready for new day and it is easy to get up. Try to go sleep earlier.
3. Put alarm far from you
In this case you couldn’t turn off the alarm clock or push snooze button. You should get up and turn it off. And now the most difficult is stay up. Do not return in the bad!
4. Find an important reason to get up
Motivate yourself. Set something to do. Make it important.
5. Change attitude
Rising in the morning isn’t punishment. Find a reward for yourself, for example a cup of hot coffee. Or cup of green tea. Or sunbath. Or something else.
6. Use your time
When you begin to use your extra time from rising up early you will understand advantages of it. And it helps in fight with yourself in the morning.
