6 Rules of Fighting Fatigue

How to regain vigours

If you have extreme fatigue you need to cure it. Because it provoke problems with health and stress. Working with computer, not getting enough sleep, overloading are the causes of chronic fatigue. There are some rules to cure it.

1. Go to bed with ritual

Pre-sleep actions are very important for your sleeping and relaxing: take a hot bath, drink a warm milk lay down and dream.

2. Eat right

Your dinner must be plenty of nutrient-rich foods. Vitamins and minerals are in the vegetables, fruits, lean meats etc.

3. Follow your schedule

Compose your schedule and follow it to prevent overworking.

4. Visit doctor

Pass the test, talk to the doctor may be he prescribes you sleep mediacation.

5. Breath fresh air

During your work day try to go outside to breathe fresh air.

6. Exercise

To increase your energy exercise. Full your body with vigours. Do the sport.
