7 Rules of Good Coffee

How to Make a Good Coffee

1. Buy good quality coffee

Coffee must be freshly ground and freshly roasted.

2. Draw attention to water

Water should be fresh, cold and clean. You can use filtered or bottled water, but escape distilled or softened water. It changes taste of coffee.

3. Grind smartly

Choose the correct fineness of the grind for the brewing method you chose.

4. Use only clean pot and cup

The pot and cup must be cleaned and warm. If not your coffee won’t be good and pure.

5. Make coffee for now

Never reheating old coffee. Make new one. Make always only enough coffee for your needs.

6. Don’t boil brewed coffee

Boiled coffee is spoiled coffee.

7. Measure right coffee

The optimal quantity of coffee is approximately 35 grams per half litre of water.
