4. Define goals

Setting goals allow to set priority. You know what you must do the first. You can plan your day with this information.

5. Set Deadlines

Deadline is the best motivator. Set a deadline and complete your task in time.

6. Outsource

Use your time wisely. If you can ask for help do it. If you have possibilities to delegate some type of work to other people do it.

7. Know how to say “no”
