How to break up easily

One of the hardest thing in our life is breaking up, ending of relationships. It’s almost always hard. You are going to hurt your lover’s heart. How to do it right and easy as possible?

1. Know the answers why you want to break up

You decided to break up. Why? Find the reasons. Think do you can fix that? No? Ok. Know the answers. Because your partner will ask you why.

2. Decide how long you are going to talk

The last talk always is difficult. It can last for hours. And it will be too hard for you and your partner. Decide before the talk how long it will last. If you know, that you couldn’t stop the talk by yourself help yourself, arrange an appointment with a friend. And when you think that it’s time to leave say that you can stay your friend are waiting for you.

3. Do it in person

Don’t be coward. It is difficult to say that you are breaking up looking in the eyes. But you must do it in person. Be courage. Finish it. Don’t give an illusion of hope.

4. Talk only in private

Public is inadmissible. Do not make a show. It’s hard. No one wants to be broken up with in public or near family and friends

5. Be calm

It isn’t easy, but try to be cool. Try to avoid phrase “We need to talk”. It’s a signal of difficult talk. Do not break up during the quarrel. Do it calmly and peacefully. Do your best to reduce harm as much as possible.

6. Fade away

For the first time you must distance yourself. Don’t call, don’t go places where you can come across with you ex-lover. Take the time.

There is no written version of Code of Harry, but Dexter mentions from time to time important rules of this code.

1. Be sure

Make sure that the victim is a killer, and is likely to kill again.

2. Don’t get caught

Don’t get caught committing a crime, since that would result in being put to death.

3. Killing innocents is never allowed

Kill only murderer who had a chance to escape punishment

5. Be extremely careful with the killing and more importantly the Preparation!

Do not kill spontaneously. Always prepare for killing.

Be patient. Take a time for preparation.

7. Fake emotion and normality to fit in

Be like everyone. Fake emotions. Look normal.

8. When taking a psychology personality test, always answer the question with the opposite of what you feel

Be sly. Deceive people.

9. Death is real, and that it will happen to everyone. It’s just a matter of how and why it happens

How to survive in this cruel world

The life of human is plenty of problems. Every day we need to fight our bad mood, we need to tolerate irritant people, work provokes stress etc. What can we do? How to live in this world? Can we change this world? Incredibly. But we can change ourselves.

1. Don’t panic

At any situation when you think that there is a catastrophe remember the essential rule of Douglas Adams’ “Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy” — Don’t Panic. Every problem has a solution. Whatever happens, remember Everything Not Lost.

2. Awake!

Get out of your comfort and safety zone. Start to move. To live. Meet people. Get fun! Stay away of your shell.

3. Never surrender

Don’t give up. Try hard. Life isn’t easy. But it has many reasons to live and be happy. If something don’t work, it means you should change way of accomplishing your task. That’s all. There aren’t unsolvable problems.

4. Focus

Focus on the problem or your goal. Think about it, think how to realize it and make it!

5. Go ahead

Never stops. Keep moving forward. Do something new. Invent, experiment, improve yourself. Find motivation.

6. Don’t think much, Do

If you need to decide, do it quickly. Thinking can freeze you and your will. Don not think, do.

7. Be free

Don’t let anyone limit your freedom. You have the same rights like the others. Don’t let them push you arround.

8. Be realist

The life isn’t fair. You can work hard, but all the honor can go to somebody else. Don’t lose your heart. Keep on trying. If you stop you’ll have nothing. Fight! Rebel!

9. Find your own way

You can learn from people’s mistakes but you have to find your own way of life. Do not copy style of living. Make your own path.

10. Smile

You can always find a reason to smile. Remember that our life is short. Get fun. We’re not here for a long time; we’re here for a good time.

How to Detect Lies

Detecting lies is important not only in police or security services. In our modern world to know how to detect lies helps us to survive in society. Knowing the truth you can make a right decision. These simple rules teach you how to verify if people say you the truth. Look at the body of person you talk with.

1. Look at his movements

Physical expressions of liar will be firm and limited. His arm and hand won’t move much. His movements of hand, arm or leg are toward his own body: the liar takes up less space.

2. Watch his eye

For most people it’s hard to see right in the eye of person they tell lie. Liar avoids eye contact.

3. Look at his hands

Liar may be nervous. He starts to touch his face, mouth or throat, or to scratch behind his ear or to touch his nose.

4. Watch his expressions of emotion

When someone tells truth he don’t think about his emotions. They show up naturally. But when person lies he became an actor and try to play his emotions. It’s very difficult. So the display of emotion is delayed, stays longer and stops suddenly.

5. Pay attention to time gap between words and emotions

If someone tells truth the expression of the emotion will be with the words simultaneously. If not the emotion will be late. (Ex: Someone receives a gift and he’s happy — he says “I like it!” and smiles at the same time. Someone receives a gift and want that you think he is happy — he says “I like it!” and then smiles).

6. Look at the face

Natural expression of emotion makes all the facial muscles move. When expression is fake only the mouth moves (like with fake smile)

7. Watch his behavior

A liar feels himself uncomfortable. He tries to defend himself from you. He may turn his body or only head away, or place some objects between himself and you (book, cup, any object). These actions are unconscious.

8. Listen to him

A liar will copy your words to answer you. When asked, “Did you take my blue pen?” The liar answers, “No, I did not take your blue pen.”
